A Traitor to Memory - Elizabeth George E. George is great -- I love most of her books -- but she must've had something juicy on her editor, because nothing else I can think explains why this book seems virtually unedited. It's twice as long as it should be, chock-a-block with tangential information and subplots that don't go anywhere, stuffed with superfluous characters and maddeningly slow.Pared down, it could be a 4 star mystery. As it is, though, I'd only recommend it for following the Lyndley/Havers/Helen story line, or for Elizabeth George completists.
